Healthy lunch combo Coconut Rice Onion raita Chicken Gravy Bone sambar Chicken fry  

Ingredients

  • 1.For coconut Rice::
  • Rice 1 cup
  • Coconut milk 2 cups
  • Onion 2
  • Tomato 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 tsp
  • Salt 1 spoon
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 tsp
  • Ghee 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Cardamom 1
  • Cloves 2
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • 2.For making Onion Raita:::
  • Curd 1 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Green chilli 1
  • Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • 3.Chicken Gravy
  • Chicken 1 cup
  • Onion 1 and half
  • Tomato 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Chicken masala powder 2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tsp
  • Curry leaves 3 spoon
  • Coriander leaves 1 spoon
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard and urad dal 1 tsp
  • Water 7-10 spoon
  • 4.For Chicken Fry::::
  • Chicken 1/2 cup
  • Curd 5-6 spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chicken masala powder 3 tsp
  • Salt 1/4tsp
  • 5.For making Bone sambar:::
  • Bone 5 pieces
  • Toor dal 1/2 cup
  • Brinjal 1
  • Drumstick 1
  • Potato 2
  • Small Onion 5
  • Garlic 2
  • Tomato1
  • Chilli powder1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Mustard urad dal 1 tsp
  • Coconut and onion paste 2 tsp
  • Salt1 spoon
  • Oil 1tsp
  • Sambar powder 2 tsp

Directions

For making Coconut Rice:::In pressure cooker heat oil add cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.after add onion.saute it till golden brown

After add ginger garlic paste.cook for 5 min and then add tomato,salt,chilli powder,coriander leaves,coriander powder cook for 5 min in low flame

Then add coconut milk.boil it for 5 min.and then add rice.

Cook for 1 whistle.(for basmati rice keep 1 whistle) normal rice keep it for 3 whistle

Garnish with coriander leaves and then serve it hot.

For Onion Raita:: In bowl add chopped onion,curd,green chili, Coriander leaves and salt.mix it well.

Onion raita is ready.

For Chicken Gravy:::

In cooker heat oil add onion.saute it well.after add tomato, Ginger garlic paste.cook for 5 min

And then add salt,chilli powder, chicken masala powder,salt, turmeric powder.add little spoon of water.

Add curry leaves and coriander leaves.cook for 4-5 whistles.

Spicy chicken Gravy is ready to eat

4.For Chicken Fry:::

In bowl add chicken pieces,curd,ginger garlic paste.salt.

Marinate it for 30 min

In pan heat oil add chicken pieces.fry it for 5-10 in low flame.

Chicken fry is ready to serve

5.For Bone sambar::::

In cooker add bone and water.cook it for 7-8 whistle.keep it aside.

In cooker add dal,brinjal, drumstick,potato,onion and garlic.add cup of water after add turmeric powder,, chilli powder, coriander powder,sambar masala,salt.mix it well

Add bone and coconut paste.cook for 2 whistles

After In another pan heat oil add jeera seeds,onion,curry leaves,chilli powder.fry if for few min and add it to sambar.

Spicy healthy sambar is ready.

Non veg combo coconut Rice,chicken gravy,bone sambar,chicken fry,onion Raita is ready to serve.
